KB Kustom Baits Return & Refund Policy

At KB Kustom Baits, we take pride in producing high-quality hand-poured soft plastic fishing baits. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to make every order right.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened bait packages
- Used products
- Custom color orders
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
Once reviewed, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or color, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- An incorrect item shipped by KB Kustom Baits
- A damaged product received during shipping
